A gameplay-focused training environment where athletes develop basketball IQ, decision-making, and game-speed performance through live competition.
The MBT Fast Break League is designed for athletes who want to learn the game by playing the game. Each session begins with short, game-based drills before athletes compete in structured 3v3, 4v4, and 5v5 games with an emphasis on transition basketball. Players spend the majority of their time making decisions, reading the game, and competing at game speed.
